1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using aeroroofingstrategies.com, requesting an inspection, or entering into a service agreement with Aero Roofing Strategies LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.

2. Services

Aero Roofing Strategies provides residential and commercial roofing services including but not limited to roof inspection, storm damage assessment, roof repair, roof replacement, and new roof installation. All services are subject to a written contract executed prior to commencement of work. No verbal agreement constitutes a binding service commitment.

3. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates provided are based on initial inspection and are subject to change upon discovery of additional damage or unforeseen conditions. Any change to scope or pricing will be communicated in writing and requires written approval before proceeding. Final invoices reflect actual work completed per signed contract.

4. Insurance Claims Assistance

Aero Roofing Strategies assists homeowners in documenting storm and hail damage for submission to their insurance carrier. This service does not constitute public adjusting and we make no guarantee of claim approval, claim amount, or insurer outcome. All insurance decisions are made solely by the homeowner's carrier. Homeowners are responsible for understanding their own policy terms, deductibles, and coverage limits. We are not licensed public adjusters in the State of Wisconsin.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each individual service contract. Failure to remit payment per agreed terms may result in a lien being placed on the property in accordance with Wisconsin lien law. Aero Roofing Strategies reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies for non-payment.

6. Warranties

Manufacturer material warranties are issued directly by GAF and Owens Corning and are governed by their respective terms and conditions, which are available upon request. Workmanship warranties are provided in writing at contract execution and cover defects in installation for the period specified. Warranties are void if damage results from acts of God, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or work performed by third parties after our installation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aero Roofing Strategies' total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for those services. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of use, loss of revenue, or property damage not directly caused by our workmanship. Claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of discovery.

8. Property Access

By scheduling an inspection or service you grant Aero Roofing Strategies and its employees authorized access to your property for the purposes of inspection, estimation, and work performance. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions discovered during inspection or work.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and code is the property of Aero Roofing Strategies. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall first be subject to good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Columbia County, Wisconsin under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of this website or our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
